Important conditions:
- Security deposit of 200 Euro to be paid at check-in, refund (except for any damage or excessive consumption) will be made within 7 days after check-out

- Children aged 4 years or older are considered equal to adults
- Pets not allowed
- It is not permitted to organise parties or bring outsiders into the facility
- Smoking of traditional or electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside the flat
